Shipping policy

It takes 2 - 4 weeks to deliver the products depending on the style. You will get a message from our team with proper details once the order is placed.

For all orders within India, we do not charge additional Shipping. For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

For deliveries outside India, we charge shipping depending on the destination and weight of the outfit. This will be calculated on checkout. Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The number of duties and taxes depends on the policies of your destination country.

Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit / full refund.

We use the most reliable courier services to deliver your product.

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. In the case of international orders, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.
